Welcome Everyone to UFP Auto-Trade.  This is important Terms and Conditions, if you want to be part of AUTO-Trade Community.

 

1. I will NOT invest or trade money I cannot afford to lose.

2. I am fully aware of all the risks associated with trading including the potential of losing my initial capital.

3. I could lose all of my money fast due too: poor market trading conditions, mechanical error, emotionally induced errors, news surprises, and glitches in brokers' trading platforms.

5. I voluntarily enrolled in this program and fully understand that the service providers are not acting as my advisor. Therefore, they are not liable for the damages, expenses, and losses that may be incurred because of subsequent investment.

6. I am subscribing to the service includes, a virtual private server VPS (cloud), hosting, online technical support, data, algorithm advisors, and technical tool by the service provider.

7. I am committed to ensuring the monthly subscription is paid on time and the service provider have all the rights to stop all my access 5 working days from the expiry date. All payments are considered final and NO REFUND.

8. I will only register my trading account with the recommended platform (IB) for daily monitoring by technical support. The service provider has the right to stop all my access until further investigation.


Saya hanya akan mendaftarkan akaun dagangan saya dengan platform yang disyorkan (IB) oleh pihak pengurusa, bagi tujuan untuk pemantauan harian khususnya sokongan teknikal. Pihak pengurusan mempunyai hak untuk menghentikan semua akses saya sehingga siasatan lanjut dijalankan.


9. I will communicate professionally with the team, management, customer, and technical support. The service provider has 100% right to terminate all my access if I have a mean comment, destructive, provocative, and unpleasant attitude towards members and the management.


Saya akan berkomunikasi secara profesional dengan pasukan, pengurusan, khidmat pelanggan dan sokongan teknikal. Pihak pengurusan mempunyai hak 100% untuk menamatkan semua akses saya jika saya mempunyai komen yang berbaur negatif, sikap sombong, angkuh, provokatif dan tidak menyenangkan terhadap ahli lain dan juga kepada pihak pengurusan.


10. The service provider DO NOT offer any guarantee regarding the profits you would make by using our services. Therefore, I must be financially capable of withstanding losses that can even exceed the deposited amount.


Pihak pengurusan sama sekali TIDAK pernah memberi sebarang jaminan mengenai keuntungan yang bakal anda akan perolehi melalui perkhidmatan ini. Oleh yang demikian, saya faham dari segi kemampuan kewangan untuk menanggung sebarang kerugian yang boleh melebihi jumlah yang didepositkan.

To all UFP Auto-Trade (XA3) participants: in order for your trades to run smoothly,

  • DO NOT CHANGE YOUR TRADING ACCOUNT / IB LINK. 

    Register and Open Trading Account only with the provided IB/ BROKER'S link and do not change it in the middle of running. Our back data is linked directly with the broker's backend. Changing the IB link will result in your Auto-Trade being stopped or pending immediately.

  • DO NOT CHANGE YOUR TRADING PASSWORD

    After successful activation. Your Auto Trade will stop immediately. If you accidentally change the trading password, quickly contact our Technical Support to reactivate your trading.

  •  DO NOT DISTURB ongoing trades. 

    Yes, you can see all ongoing trades; however, keep your smartphone away from children. If you wish to view your general trades, you can use the INVESTOR PASSWORD to log in, especially in the MT4 apps. This allows you to avoid errors, accidentally mispress the buy/sell button, and ultimately disturb any ongoing trades.

  • DO NOT MIX manual trading and Auto Trade with the same trading account.

    Never mix up this trading account, as it will affect the ongoing trades and result in errors, margin calls, or technical losses.

Special Reminder

 

The UFP XA3 Robot is a selective trading robot, which means it may not trade all the time.

 

The XA3 Robot goes through three phases:

 

Phase 1: Open Selective Trades

 

Phase 2: Float Trade

(It is normal to see floating ranging from -$50 to -$300).

Stay calm and do not panic when you see a red color on your floating trades. Please do not disturb any ongoing trades. Remember, you already know your calculated overall risk ($1K only per account).

 

Phase 3: Recovery

(The trades will enter a recovery and profit-taking phase).

However, we want to give you a FRIENDLY REMINDER about some important points (Some of you too excited, until forgotten to read all our important announcement).

 

1. XA3 Robot is currently in beta mode (Trial Mode). Please refrain from being too greedy in your expectations.

 

2. It is crucial to understand that the risk (major cut loss) you should be willing to accept is only $1,000 per trading account. Trade only with the amount you can afford to lose comfortably. 🚫If you CANNOT handle this calculated risk, we advise DO NOT ENROLL in this program.

 

3. Be prepared to witness a Draw Down ranging from -$50 to -$300 (5% to 30% float losses) at times. This is a normal part of trading. If you are uncomfortable with handling such fluctuations, 🚫this program MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR RISK APPETITE. 

 

4. As your profits increase, some of you may decide to open new trading accounts to potentially enhance your earnings. However, please bear in mind that adding new accounts are also subjected to uncertainties and volatility in the future. Strive for a balance 👍by securing profits each time while allocating some capital to roll into a new account. You might consider taking 50% profit and rolling over the remaining 50%. Take your time and avoid rushing into decisions. Each of you may have different objectives and goals, so it is essential to be clear about your risk and reward management strategies.

 

5. It is of utmost importance to follow the in-house rules. Take the time to read and understand each important rules mentioned above. Be kind and cooperative with our technical support team.

Psychology and Emotion

1. How do I know if I am fit for this UFP XA3 Robot?

  • Are you adventurous enough to take calculated risks and accept a potential loss of $1,000 per trading account?

  • Can you handle both emotions and psychology? That means you are able to sleep at night regardless of what happens.

  • Is this amount of capital something you can afford to lose?

  • Will you remain steady, calm, and not easily get panicked, especially when the market is volatile, or experiences high float losses approximate 30% to 50% (drawdown)?

2. If I wish to increase my profits, what should I do? Is there a risk in adding more trading accounts?

As your profits grow, some of you may consider opening new trading accounts to potentially boost your earnings. However, please keep in mind that adding new accounts also comes with uncertainties and future volatility. Aim for a balance by securing profits each time and allocating some capital to fund a new account. You might consider taking 50% of your profit and reinvesting the remaining 50%. Take your time and avoid rushing into decisions. Each of you may have different objectives and goals, so it's essential to be clear about your risk and reward management strategies.

3. I want to stop (intervene) my current trading right now because I'm concerned about incurring further losses. I believe it's best to safeguard my capital and consider restarting at a later time. What is your advice?

First and foremost, it's crucial to remain calm and composed. Ideally, it would be best not to disrupt or intervene in the current trade, especially since you've already determined the amount you are willing to risk. Any intervention may affect our AutoTrade system. However, if you strongly feel the need to do so due to your personal reasons and risk tolerance, we can stop the AutoTrade system for you. Afterward, you can decide whether to cut losses, exit all positions, or hold your current position. I trust that you know what course of action is best for your situation.

4. I often experience a roller-coaster of emotions in my trading journey. When I achieve profits during the day, I feel excited and thrilled. However, the moment I see my trading incurring float losses that exceed 50% to 60% of my total capital, my heartbeat races, and I become overwhelmed with fear, sweating, and a sense of unease. I find myself constantly monitoring my charts and graphs, hoping for a recovery in my trades. Now, I'm genuinely afraid of losing my money. What should I do?

To be honest, you should reconsider enrolling in this program altogether. The Auto-Trade system is still in a trial and beta mode period. Sometimes, the excitement of trading can cloud your judgment when it comes to calculated risk. If there is a significant gap between excitement and fear, it's evident that you are trading with money you can't afford to lose. Most participants here only trade with their "happy money" – that's the extra money they are willing to risk. If their account were to be wiped out the next day, they wouldn't complain, blame, or become angry. They move on with their lives, and for the most part, they remain calm and composed.

5. What if my trading account almost hit Margin Call (MC), and the current trade almost my wipe out my entire capital. At this moment, I am in dilemma should I top up my account (extra oxygen) to avoid margin call, or Ieave it hit margin call with calculated risk?. At the same time, I am in real dilemma when I add this amount, it will cause me to lose even bigger.

Alright first of all, this is the moment you need to stay cool and calm. Panic and nervous will not help you at all in this situation. Let’s begin with the first idea why you are here, and the calculated risk that you willing to take. You are very clear about the Terms & Conditions brief by Sir Ezone Constantine and the entire UFP Auto Trade team. Yes during this trial mode, anything can happen, therefore only trade with Happy Money (Extra Money that you can afford to lose). So if you feel you can handle the risk even after add the extra amount for the purpose of avoiding margin call, then go ahead and make that decision. Else, if you are not ready, just be firm with your decision on cutting loss with margin call. After all, you already knew the risk you can handle. 

6.  Should I monitor my ongoing trade every day?

Yes, you can monitor your daily trading activities using the MetaTrader 4 app or the OctaFx app. However, since this is an Auto-Trading program, it's best to let the bot do its job. You can prefer to check the progress on Saturdays and Sundays when the market is closed. This allows you to maintain a steady mindset and focus on your other daily tasks, such as work, spending time with your kids, family, loved ones, and other activities. Any latest updates will be announced by the team through the Telegram Group, email, and your login portal.

1. When I profit, will there be a 50% - 50% split like with other providers? Do you offer a Free Trial?

We do not use the concept of split profit sharing. The profit is entirely yours. We only charge a monthly subscription service fee, which includes technical support, maintenance, data, and VPS rental.

 

Yes, we offer up to a 1-MONTH FREE TRIAL of our services. This promotion is available to you if you are signing up with our program for the first time.

 

For example, if you activate your First Trading Account on 1st January, your Free Trial will expire on 1st February. This equates to a 1-month duration for the Free Trial period with our XA3.

Great news! If you decide to add a 2nd, 3rd, or even up to the 10th Trading Account, we will still provide you with a FREE Trial. However, please note that all 10 Trading Accounts will end on 1st February (the Free Trial period ends in accordance with your first account activation). A maximum of 10 trading accounts will be eligible for the Free Trial during the 1-month period. This is our special gift to you.

 

After the 1-month Free Trial, we will offer you a 50% discount on the subscription fee based on the Trading Mode you have selected. Example: RM219 per month only per trading account (Normal Price: RM419 per month per trading account).

 

If you possess 10 Trading Accounts, the calculation would be as follows: 10 Accounts x RM219 per month = RM2,190 per month subscription fee.

 

Note: If you activate more than 10 trading accounts during the 1 Month Free Trial, we will start applying charges accordingly. This means that your 11th, 12th, 13th account, and onwards will be subject to our current promotional rate per month per trading account.
 

2. What is the maximum number of trading accounts you suggest?

We recommend having a maximum of up to 30 trading accounts per individual. Each account can be funded with a minimum of $1,000. Additionally, please note that the leverage will change from 1:500 to 1:200 if you have more than 35 accounts (equivalent to $35,000 USD). If you plan to add more accounts in the future, you may consider involving your spouse, husband, wife, children (above 18 years old), or someone you trust. However, it's important to be aware that the process of deposit and transfer in the later stages must be conducted from the new registrant's account. Therefore, you should arrange the funds accordingly by transferring from your savings or current account to their accounts.

 

3. Will ongoing trades be affected slightly during maintenance or upgrades?

On special occasions, if there is an important update with the latest version of the UFP XA3 Robot, it may result in a relatively moderate or small drawdown. We will announce this in our official Telegram Group and via email. Traders participating in this program should be prepared to absorb this technical drawdown. However, the technical team will schedule maintenance when the floating losses are relatively small and controllable.

 

4. Do you have a referral program or affiliate program? When can I redeem my commissions?

Good news! Yes, we offer an affiliate program to all members and non-members. Earn a referral commission of up to 30% to 35% for each trading account referred by you. We now offer an affiliate program to all members and non-members. Starting on October 1, 2023, you can officially register for our Affiliate Program within your portal login. Simply follow the step-by-step guide. You will learn how to share your personalize link effectively.

 

You can redeem your commission 30 days after the next cycle. However, please note that during the first 1 month of the FREE Trial, no commissions will be paid to you. You will only become eligible for commissions when your referral starts subscribing to their program on a monthly basis.

5. Will my referrals also be entitled to a 1-month FREE Trial?

Yes, each of your referrals will have a 1-month Free trial, and they can have up to 10 Trading Accounts. 

 

6. If there is a Margin Call, can I receive a refund on my trading capital?

Absolutely NOT. You will never receive a refund on your trading capital; you should consider it a realized loss. Therefore, only trade with an amount you are willing to take a risk on. If you are trading with money you are afraid to lose, it may negatively affect both your emotions and psychology. If you experience this emotional roller coaster, we suggest that you DO NOT ENROLL IN THIS PROGRAM. This program is only meant for adventurous traders who are ready to take calculated risks (and have ZERO COMPLAINTS).

 

7. If I open multiple accounts, will my trades follow the same pattern, or can it vary slightly?

Each newly opened and activated account will have a different entry time. As a result, the trading pattern and open positions may differ slightly from one account to another. Therefore, it's important to anticipate some variation in the outcomes and profits. However, in general, the average results are expected to be similar across all accounts.

 

8. How will my subscription fee be charged? Will I receive reminders from customer/technical support? 

Yes, you will receive a reminder at the end of your Free Trial. After that, you will receive your monthly billing accordingly. You will receive an invoice on a monthly basis. We suggest ensuring your billing payment is up to date to avoid any interruption, stoppage, or postponement of your program.

 

9. If I have issues with my deposit or withdrawal, whom should I contact?

  • Step 1: You must chat with the broker's technical support and address your concerns. We suggest that you take screenshots and keep all the proof of transfer (slips) for further verification. Kindly login to https://my.octafxmy.net/login/  and chat with the Customer Support for assistance.

 

  • Step 2: If the technical support from the broker is unable to provide you with a relevant answer, kindly chat with UFP Technical Support. We will liaise your case with the relevant department of that particular broker. The customer/technical support will keep you updated on each of the cases.

 

10. Am I allowed to deposit using other people's bank accounts, credit cards, etc.?

You ARE NOT ALLOWED to deposit using 3rd party (other people's accounts). This is strictly prohibited under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). The broker will also reject (decline) deposits if the account details do not match the registered individual's information.

 

11. Am I allowed to withdraw my profits to accounts other than my own?

You ARE NOT ALLOWED to withdraw to 3rd party (other people's accounts). This is strictly prohibited under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). The broker will also reject all forms of withdrawal if the account details do not match the registered individual's information.

 

12. Do you think I should take the Bonus, such as 50% or 100%, from the Broker?

Yes, you should consider accepting this special bonus if it's available. This bonus will act as a buffer or cushion for your trading in case the Robot encounters a strong trending and volatile period. However, you must understand that you are not allowed to withdraw the Bonus until you meet certain requirements set by the broker. Typically, this requires 3 to 9 months of consistent trading without withdrawing from the initial capital. For example, if you start with $1000 and accept a 50% Bonus, the broker will add an extra $500 as credit to your trading account, making the total balance $1500. However, the $500 bonus cannot be withdrawn; it serves as a cushion to meet certain margin requirements. Therefore, always ensure that your balance remains at $1000 in your trading account.

 

13. Can I withdraw all my money in the event of a serious emergency?

Yes, you are allowed to withdraw the entire balance in your account at any time, provided that all trades are closed, and no positions remain open. If there are certain positions still open, you will only be able to withdraw a portion of the balance, as some of the amount will be held as a margin requirement by the broker. 14. Is there a guarantee of profits if I join this program?

There is NO GUARANTEE that you will profit all the time, and there is zero risk exposure. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We are still in Beta Mode (Trial Mode). Therefore, TRADE AT YOUR OWN RISK (TAYOR).

 

15. Will the broker protect my account or amount just in case if I plan to go bigger?

"The broker we recommend was founded in 2011 and is regulated in one Tier-1 jurisdiction and one Tier-2 jurisdiction, namely the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Your account may be eligible for certain CySEC protections. In the extraordinary event of the broker's bankruptcy, for example, you'll be protected for up to 20,000 euros (RM100,000) from the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF). *Terms and conditions apply."

 

16. How can I determine if the broker is reliable? 

Typically, a trustworthy broker should have weathered all the recent financial crises. Below is a list of financial crises from 2011 to 2023, and I can confirm that the current broker has successfully navigated all these crises without experiencing liquidation or bankruptcy.

  • 2011: European Debt Crisis: Ongoing financial turmoil in several European countries, including Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Spain, and Italy, due to sovereign debt and fiscal issues
  • 2015: Chinese Stock Market Crash: A sharp decline in Chinese stock markets, particularly in the Shanghai Stock Exchange, which raised concerns about the stability of China's financial system.
  • 2016: Brexit: The United Kingdom's vote to leave the European Union in June 2016 led to market uncertainty and currency fluctuations.
  • 2019: Repo Market Crisis: In September 2019, there was a disruption in the U.S. repurchase (repo) market, where short-term borrowing rates spiked unexpectedly, leading to concerns about liquidity in the financial system.
  • 2020: COVID-19 Pandemic / Oil Price Crash/ Global Economic Recession (Worst Financial Crisis in the History)

17. Will UFP Auto-Trade change brokers in the future? 

Yes, if the current broker demonstrates inconsistency in terms of data, spreads, leverage, withdrawals, deposits, or technical support, we will not hesitate to switch to a more reliable broker. Additionally, we will promptly notify all members if we observe early signs of a problematic broker, such as:

 

  1. Inability to log in to your Personal Area for 1 to 3 days.
  2. Inability to process withdrawals within 1 week.
  3. A surge in member complaints occurring simultaneously."

 

18. I don't see your robot having a Target Profit and Stop Loss openly displayed? 

We implement a “hidden” Target Profit and Stop Loss to prevent brokers from hunting our stop loss or intentionally widening the spread to manipulate our trades.

 

19. Does your system include a cut loss feature? 

Yes, we do implement a cut loss system. However, please always remember and bear in mind that your primary cut loss threshold is set at $1000 per trading account. This is your designated cut loss limit. If you are comfortable with the risk associated with cutting losses at this amount, then this program is suitable for you. However, if you cannot handle this level of risk, we kindly advise you not to enroll in this program.

 

20. Will the system be subject to slippage? 

Since the market and price movements can be volatile and uncertain, there is a possibility of some slippage occurring. However, our Gold XA3 robot is well-prepared to handle this volatility.

Next, go to Section 1: Registration, and watch Video: First Time OctaFx Users (whereby you need to click the button "skip". Watch at minute 2:50). Followed by the next Video, Verification, and Status Update. With this simple step, you shall have the option of BillPlz (FPX) transfer mode.

 

27. I am doing a deposit transfer using HSBC Bank. However, there is a specific section requesting me to put in a reference. What should I put in that column?  

You can put your Trading ID, for example, 22215542

28. Why my OctaFX apps did not update my current trade or balance? What should I do? 

Go to Menu, and search “Your Trading Accounts”. The OctaFx apps will automatically refresh your current balance, equity and ongoing trade. You also can stop the apps. Clear all your current browsing apps and restart(open) back the OctaFX apps. If this does not work, it could be your internet.

29. Besides OctaFx Apps, are there any apps I can use as a point of reference to see my ongoing trade and account balance?

You can download the external Metatrader 4 on your Google Playstore or Huawei Gallery. Login using the correct Trading Id, Server and Password. Beside, you can login to OctaFx Dashboard to get the latest update on your trading. Log to https://my.octafxmy.net/login/ 

30. Just in case I do have an emergency (personal issues), am I allowed to withdraw all my balance at once from the OctaFX trading account?

33. Is it advisable to Deposit Fund Using Credit Card?

“Also try not to use VISA or Master. Because it consider as an advance Cash and incurred high interest rate. I was surprise when the bank told me it was a cash advance instead of purchase. So I decided not to use that already. So see what’s best for all fellow member, unless you plan to settle your card immediately”

34. Is there any issue if I deposit my trading Fund using Credit Card or Cryptocurrency as my original source and follow by withdrawal direct to my Savings/Current Accounts?

This is an important reminder; the original source of fund must directly come from the same registered name in OctaFx. You are not allowed to fund your account using someone else fund, credit card and etc (wife, husband, kids, mother, parents, friends and relatives). This include transfer of Billplz (FPX) using other people Savings/Current Account. You will have big issue and OctaFx will reject the withdrawal. This is one of the most important requirements under Anti Money Laundering Act (AMLA).


Next, assume, you are using Credit Card, general practice of most brokers in Forex market, you only allow to perform withdrawal to the original source first, until you clear that amount. With that said, then you allow to withdraw to other options. Example as per diagram below.

35. How to check whether my account have technical glitch or trading error?

You do not have to check that error. We have our technical support to check the on going trade with status report. We will do the maintenance and housekeeping on the daily basis. We have a system that enable our team to detect which account may have error in status.

You can use the OctaFx Dashboard and activate your MT4 on your Web Browser.

 

  • Step 1: Login to your OctaFx Dashboard and Personal Area https://my.octafxmy.net/login/

 

  • Step 2: Search On Right Hand Side Dashboard Menu. Search Trading Account

 

  • Step 3: Use the Button Function and Login To MT4 Web (Kindly Login using your password)

37. I request for a withdrawal, however based on my history the amount is not clear yet to my savings account? What should I do?

Scenario 1: You withdraw on the weekend.

 

If you withdraw on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), the amount will be cleared within 1 to 3 days. Although OctaFx can transfer the amount in less than 30 mins, sometimes it can take within 1 to 3 hours or more. So please be patience. Another tips that you can use is, after 6 to 12 hours from the withdrawal, you can cancel the withdrawal from the History, and create a fresh new withdrawal. With this, you may rotate to a slightly better vendor compared to the previous.

 

Scenario 2: Your Account Not Verify Yet

 

Maybe you are too excited, until you skip the most important part of your Section 1: Registration on your Auto Trade learning portal. Kindly login to your portal CLICK HERE

 

Scenario 3: Check Status update on your OctaFx Dashboard

 

Possible there is a dispute on your account. Maybe your name on your banking account does not match with your registration with OctaFx.

38. If I withdraw more than $8,000 to $10,000 (USD), is it advisable to use Savings or Current Account?

Current Account is preferable


If you live within Malaysia, you may start considering opening a Current Accounts as preferred withdrawal method. Any amount is above RM20,000 to RM50,000 per withdrawal, Current Account has less issue from the Bank. However, for Savings account, you may receive enquiry call from Bank officer. Today, Maybank offer a direct Current Account opening via website (current account via Maybank Premier section). Hong Leong Bank is customer friendly as well, but you need to visit the Branch Office. Same goes with CIMB Bank, and they request recent 3 months’ salary slip. For Public Bank, you are required to have introducer and the Current Account opening may take time.

39. Is there a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction with the current broker?

The current broker allows withdrawals of up to $9,999 (Nine Thousand and Ninety-Nine USD) per transaction. If you wish to withdraw approximately $20,000 in profits, you can do so in two separate transactions. There is no maximum amount per day, so you can withdraw as much as you want.

40. Is it advisable to declare Tax on my earnings?

Yes. Highly recommended

 

If you are living in Malaysia (or regardless which country you from), it is our responsibility as a citizen to declare our earning. However, in Malaysia need to be creative declaring your tax. In Malaysia, earning profit from Forex Market is not as friendly like other country (Singapore, US, Australia and etc). In Malaysia, you cannot declare Forex Profit for the purpose of Tax Exemption (Like Stock Market). Therefore, you need to hire your personal accountant and declare it under CP500 (Business and Commission Income). You can have a specific tax reduction from that bracket. Your accountant will brief you the specific calculation from 20% to 24% taxable from your net amount.

41. I am an Apple iPhone user. I discover I do not have the “Wallet” function on my OctaFx apps? I want to do systematic transfer for the purpose of withdrawal in a lump sum. Do you have any tips?
